This desk is for a small business of 1 to 10 people. One person in the office, or a few. It is not a chat, and it is not a pay system.

The office sends one short card to one person. They read it and confirm it. They cannot change the words you sent.

On a job they record one hours figure and a short comment. You download the job, the comment, and the hours. It is one number for that job, not a pay sheet.

They can add a photo or a PDF of a receipt. You open it from the same card. Their private notes are not copied across.

Their journal stays closed. A place, a Gem, a Lemon, and what they spent stay in their own journal. You never open it. Paying for the desk does not open their private plan, and their private plan does not open the desk.

The Work circle is not this desk. Work is a private circle for a card you choose to send. Business is the office tab, with its own payment.

A job on site is the plain case. You send the job, the place, and the day. They add the hours and a comment. You download that row. The rest of their journal is not yours to read.
